Lucas Week 11 NFL Picks

16 Nov

I will be posting my picks weekly and keeping track of how I do (I know it’s late)
Here’s what I predict this week:

Jets at St. Louis (-3.5): What a dysfunctional week for the Jets. So many un-named players making bold statements. Despite this, I expect Rex to rally the team around this and for at least for 1 week, the Jets get back on the winning track. Brian Schottenheimer is the Rams Offensive Coorinator.

Arizona at Atlanta (-10): I love Atlanta in this game, Arizona has an absolute mess at the quarterback position. The Falcons will be angry and win easily

Cleveland at Dallas (-8): Give me the Cowboys after getting a huge win over the Eagles. I don’t trust Brandon Weeden in this spot. But you never know with Dallas, they are capable of laying an egg any day.

Green Bay (-3) at Detroit: I got Green Bay, they’re the hottest team and Rodgers is playing at an MVP level with 25 TDs and 5 INTs. Calvin only has 2 TDs on the year, Madden Curse?

Cincinnati (-3.5) at Kansas City: The Chiefs kept it close against Pittsburgh last Monday, but Andy Dalton and AJ Green will be too much for Matt Cassell and Jamaal Charles. Give me Cincy.

Philadelphia at Washington (-3.5): Philadelphia’s season gets even worse this week. RGIII has a big day and Washington beats Philly. Nick Foles rough start to his career continues.

Tampa Bay (-1.5) at Carolina: Tampa Bay is on a roll. They are on a 3-game winning streak, and have won 4 of their past 5. I got Tampa, but anytime Cam has a big day, Carolina has a chance. Tampa is just playing too well at the moment.

Jacksonville at Houston (-15): Houston is favored by 15 points. I got Houston, Jacksonville has no chance to win, but they will play better than expected and cover.

New Orleans (-5) at Oakland: New Orleans will win this game. After a rough start, the Saints have finally gotten in together and Carson Palmer makes too many mistakes.

San Diego at Denver (-8): Peyton Manning is back to being Peyton Manning, and Norv Turner still coaches the Chargers and Phil Rivers throws the ball like a shot put. Give me Denver.

Indianapolis at New England (-9): CBS is really excited for this Brady Luck matchup. New England has been struggling of late, but Tom Brady will be too much in this one. I got the Pats.

Baltimore (-3.5) at Pittsburgh: Pittsburgh hasn’t been that bad without Ben, but did you see what Baltimore did to Oakland last week. I got the Ravens by 3 in another nail biter.

Chicago at San Francisco (-5): I’ve never seen a team fall apart when their starting QB gets hurt like the Bears. No Jay Cutler, no chance. Give me the 49ers
