Say it ain’t so Sam. The St. Louis Rams have received the dreaded news that starting quarterback Sam Bradford will miss the entire 2014 season after tearing his ACL during last night’s pre-season game against the Cleveland Browns.

Bradford tore the same ACL last October and missed the rest of the season. He had been rehabbing since and was hoping for a big comeback in 2014.
Behind Bradford on the depth chart, the Rams have Shaun Hill and Austin Davis. It’s fair to say General Manager Les Snead will be in the market for a quarterback.
The good news for Bradford is the fact he’s pocketed over $50 million dollars in his career so the financial impact of this injury isn’t as severe as it could have been.
